Monocouche Renders

Which are a type of decorative finish applied to the outside of buildings to provide both decoration and weather protection. Derived from the French, and meaning mono or single layer, Monocouche renders are modern single coat renders which can be applied by hand or machine

Which is the application of a mortar mix of sand and cement, (optionally lime) and water to brick, concrete, stone, or mud brick. It is often textured, colored, or painted after application. It is generally used on exterior walls but can be used to feature an interior wall.
